Windows Home Server

Microsoft’s answer to the home server void seems pretty damn cool. You have to hand it to who ever names Microsoft’s products, there’s nothing like naming your product with it’s own description. Want a home server, but don’t want to waste time learning Linux, comfortable with Microsoft products? This might just be for you. Interestingly enough, it’s based on Windows Server 2003 not Longhorn. I can’t decide if this thing is going to need anti-virus software or not, and while I hesitate to expose any Microsoft products directly to the Internet, others may not. I’d still argue that Bubba is a better way to go.
