Capturing dynamic screen shots has long been a feature of OS X, finally, Windows users no longer have to feel left out. The Snipping Tool should already be familiar to XP Tablet Edition users, but Vista users should be pleasantly surprised by it’s functionality. The Snipping Tool allows you to capture any portion of a screen, add annotations or highlights, and then save the image. If saving is too 1990s you have the additional option of pasting screen-caps into other programs.
You can find it under Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Snipping Tool.
Looks like Lifehacker is way ahead of me.
