Undermining GPS

Looks like the data that’s beamed to your gps everyday via RDS-TMC is easily undermined. I can’t really figure out why someone would want to cause a traffic jam, but then I never could figure out why people made computer viruses in the early days either.

Quicksilver: Make New Files
